Responsabilità
- Act as the strategic HR partner for the assigned business unit, aligning people initiatives with business objectives and operational priorities
- Advise and support managers on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness
- Drive workforce planning activities,



including headcount management, organizational design, and succession planning
- Lead and support key HR processes such as talent reviews, performance cycles, employee development, and engagement initiatives
- Manage complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary processes, conflict resolution, and employee exits, ensuring compliance with labor legislation and company policies
- Partner with HR Centers of Expertise to implement HR programs, compensation initiatives, and change management projects
- Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends, provide insights, and support business decision-making
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment while supporting employee engagement, culture, and organizational change initiatives

Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partn
