As part of the HR Department, HRBP HQ Team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

HR Management & Talent Acquisition Support

• Support the HRBP HO in translating the business unit’s priorities into into short- and mid-term HR actions.

• Manage Talent Acquisition activities in collaboration with the Line Managers: screening CVs, organizing interviews, and assisting in defining hiring needs.

• Support for Onboarding activities: creation of onboarding plans in collaboration with the line manager, upload of documents for the hiring process

• Data quality management and maintenance on HR systems, encompassing both Talent Acquisition reporting/analysis and broader HR management reporting (such as headcount, turnover, engagement, etc.)





• Monitor the organizational climate, helping to identify potential environment issues and supporting the maintenance of consistency and fairness across different areas.

• Act as a daily communication link between Line Managers and the HR Department.

• Embody Sephora’s values and act as a Sephora Ambassador.

• Participate in career days and employer branding events, representing Sephora and the LVMH Group.

Training and Development

• Support the organization and coordination of training sessions.

• Administer and update key talent tools and programs, including RISE LVMH, LVMH Talent, and My Sephora Career (MSC – SAP SuccessFactors).

Facility & Fleet Management Support

• Support in ensuring compliance with health & safety requirements

• Assist in coordinating maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities alongside suppliers and vendors.

• Support administrative and operational facility-relate
