About the role
The Global Customer Offering Senior Specialist supports the development and execution of customer offering initiatives at global level, contributing to pricing, positioning and portfolio optimization, and enabling Regions and Countries to deliver competitive and customer‑centric product and service solutions.
Key responsibilities
• Offering innovation: support the design and global rollout of new offer, pricing and service models,



in alignment with the commercial strategy and customer needs.
• Global pricing governance: contribute to defining and governing global pricing, discount and promo guidelines. Monitor pricing and margin performance across Regions to spot trends and opportunities, and recommend strategic actions.
• Insurance & Affinity: support the monitoring of the global Affinity program, the launch of new products and the relationship with external partners.
• Regional enablement: support Regions and Countries in adapting and implementing global offering guidelines, working closely with Sales, Marketing and Retail Excellence.
• Competitive intelligence & customer insights: design and coordinate global competition monitoring, including mystery shopping programs, and combine it with customer insights and feedback to inform pricing and offering decisions.
• Analytics & decision support: maintain dashboards and KP
