Vishay Italy is currently seeking applicants for Operations Continuous Improvement Manager. In this position, you will support the Site Operations Organization and accelerate continuous improvement across the semiconductor manufacturing lines and the facility organization in Borgaro Torinese, with a strong focus on productivity, OEE, cost reduction, waste reduction, automation,



and digitalization.

Job Location:
Vishay Semiconductor Italiana S.p.A. is a Borgaro Torinese site focused on the design, development, and production of power semiconductor devices and power modules. The site includes a wafer fabrication line producing 6-inch and 8-inch wafers and an assembly line building power modules for demanding power semiconductor applications. Around 300 employees currently work at the site, with continued growth driven by expansion plans and increasing market demand.
What you will be doing:
• Support the Manufacturing Operations organization, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable execution of daily production activities, delivery commitments, cost targets, quality performance, and people development.
• Drive operational performance across the organization, with focus on productivity, OEE, throughput, cycle time, yield, scrap reduction, cost improvement, and
