Redion Employee Benefits is developing a direct insurance operating model combining internal insurance and control capabilities with services delivered by Third-Party Administrators and Transitional Service Arrangements.



The Business Analyst - Direct Insurance defines, documents and continuously evolves the end-to-end Target Operating Model and translates business needs into structured, traceable and testable requirements for processes, providers, data and technology. The role contributes from initial set-up through implementation and continuous improvement of the new company.

Target Operating Model and process ownership support
• Define, document and maintain the end-to-end Target Operating Model for direct insurance activities.
• Clarify which activities remain internal and which are performed by TPAs, under TSAs or by other providers.
• Document roles, responsibilities, hand-offs, controls, dependencies, exceptions and escalation paths.
• Assess how changes to products, services, providers, systems or regulations affect the TOM and operating procedures.
