A13 (Atelier13) is an advertising agency with its own in-house ad-tech engine. We combine performance marketing for measurable revenue now with growth marketing for long-term demand, so our clients get results today and a system that keeps compounding. We work across healthcare, real estate, legal services, automotive and yachting, IT, restaurants, hotels, beauty and fashion.

A13 runs three products:

A13 Store is our solution for small businesses and solo founders. Finished marketing work they can buy once: skills, pipelines, guides, funnels, outreach systems and roadmaps. One price, one delivery date, no subscription. Products range from $2 to $1,000.

A13 AdTech is a new-type performance agency and technology platform. We combine creator content (UGC) and bought reach in one product. We don't sell "videos" or "access to a creator database." We sell guaranteed reach and views: paid distribution through Meta and TikTok Ads sets a guaranteed floor, and all viral upside on top belongs to the brand. Production,



media buying and reporting live under one roof, optimized for CPA, CPL and ROAS.

A13 Studio is our growth marketing arm for mid-size and large companies. Strategy, creative, production, paid media, SEO and GEO, outreach systems, retention and full-funnel growth. Every engagement runs as a project with a fixed scope and deadline, and business results are guaranteed by contract.

Who We're Looking For

A full-cycle Sales Manager who finds clients, reaches out to them and closes deals on their own. There's no steady stream of inbound leads handed to you: most of your pipeline will come from your own prospecting and outreach. You'll sell across all three products and match each client to the right one, from a founder buying a ready-made funnel to a large company signing a growth contract.
