As a Business Project Manager,



you will work directly with top management and EXCOM to drive high-impact strategic and transformation initiatives across Redion EB. You will shape and execute company-wide priorities from strategy definition through to implementation and delivery, acting at the core of the organization.

Main tasks:
• End-to-end management of projects from ideation and business case development to implementation and delivery
• Develop strategic plans, business cases, and transformation roadmaps
• Act as a trusted advisor to EXCOM members, supporting key decisions
• Drive cross-functional execution, ensuring alignment, pace, and results
• Monitor and steer the overall company business plan and transformation roadmap, ensuring progress, transparency, and follow-up on key priorities

• Market entry and new business model development
• Post-merger integration and synergy capture
