YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a Dry Etching Process Engineer to develop, optimize, and support plasma etching processes used in semiconductor manufacturing. The role focuses on process stability,



yield improvement, equipment matching, troubleshooting, and continuous process optimization in a R&D; environment.

This position is related to research and develop Etching processes for new technological platforms based on SiC and non standard materials.

The Etching Process engineer will support the development of the power discrete technologies and products related to single Etching process characterization 8’’ inches for SiC PMOS Technology, cleaning and post-etch treatments and will guarantee the correct transfer of etch processes during the release of technology to the Fab. This implies that new equipment and/or new materials have to be managed in full autonomy, interfacing suppliers for spec definition.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize dry etching recipes for semiconductor materials and structures.
• Monitor process performance, yield, defectivity, and tool matching.
