DINN is an Italian design innovation firm, based in Milan, working internationally with leading clients to create people-centred experiences across physical and digital spaces, from strategic thinking through to final concept delivery. Our core expertise includes branding, service design, customer experience, integrating physical and digital dimensions, with a final focus on interior concept design.

DINN is looking for a Senior Designer with at least 5 years of experience in a design consultancy or similar organisation. In this role, the candidate will be involved in every stage of a project, managing client relationships and focusing on strategic assessment, brand positioning, and their translation into compelling customer experience and spatial design concepts. Projects span different industries, with a particular focus on retail design, helping clients strengthen their competitiveness and distinctiveness.

we are seeking a candidate with skills and knowledge in interior design, a strong passion for creative ideas, and a strategic, brand-oriented mindset.

An understanding of innovation in customer experience within physical spaces, and its integration with digital experiences, will be an important consideration in the selection process.

The role requires full-time availability, strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work collaboratively within a team and with complex client organisations, a good command of written and spoken English, and a willingness to travel internationally.
