Sales Consultant

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Sales Consultant to join our Open Programs Division.
In this role, you will help shape the future of our Master's programs by attracting, engaging, and guiding prospective candidates throughout their decision-making journey.

HOW YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Recruitment & Business Development
• Develop and execute recruitment and business development activities to generate and qualify new opportunities.
• Promote Master's programs through events, fairs, webinars, masterclasses, networking initiatives, and digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Team Manager to design and implement effective sales and marketing strategies aimed at increasing enrollments.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospective candidates and other key stakeholders.





Educational Consulting & Candidate Experience
• Engage with prospective students through calls, emails and face-to-face meetings.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout the entire admissions journey.
• Support candidates in exploring funding opportunities, scholarships, and sponsorship options.

Admissions Management & Sales Operations
• Manage the full recruitment and admissions funnel, from lead generation to enrollment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the CRM system.
• Monitor pipeline performance and prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, conversion rates, and enrollment results.
• Ensure the proper administrative management of contracts, documentation, and admissions procedures.

WHAT COULD MAKE YOU THE RIGHT PERSON
• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft
