We are looking for an Accounting Specialist to join our Finance & Administration team in Milan and support the day-to-day financial operations of a fast-growing, international tech company. You will work closely with the team and with external partners to keep accounting, invoicing and cash collection accurate, timely and well documented.

Your Mission

· Accounting & Invoicing: Support day-to-day accounting and invoicing activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely closing of the books;

· Collections & Credit Recovery: Manage incoming payments and follow up on overdue receivables, keeping credit recovery under control;

· Suppliers & External Advisors: Manage relationships with suppliers and external consultants supporting the company;

· Reporting & Analysis: Build reports, analyse financial data and prepare presentations and data visualisation tools to support decision-making;

Qualifications

· At least 2-3 years of experience in an accounting, administrative or finance role;

· Knowledge of accounting principles and of invoicing, collections and credit management processes;

· Good command of Excel and the main office tools; experience with data analysis and reporting/presentation tools;

· Written English (at least);

· Precision, attention to detail and respect for deadlines;

· Familiarity with ERP/accounting software is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

· RAL: €25.000 up to €30.000 (commensurate with experience);

· Permanent contract

· Meal vouchers: €5,29 per day, for days worked in the office;

This role operates in a hybrid work model, combining on-site presence and smart working.
