Client Services Department The Client

Services team handles all aspects of the governance of creative projects born at We Are Social. The areas of expertise and responsibility include client management, project management, and budget control. As a key part of the Client Service team, you will be the first point of contact with clients, however your relationship with them will be more functional than managerial.

This role involves project management, status tracking with clients, campaign reporting and client meetings, but mainly receiving client briefs and passing them on to the internal team, coordinating suppliers and establishing relationships with other teams within the agency to have control over timings and process, although it won’t control the quality of the deliverables. You will also be responsible for working alongside the Producers to set and drive forward a shooting or a video production. Reporting to the Account Manager, this function is directly enrolled in project and client management, responsible for the delivery and management of each campaign.





Parts of your responsibilities will be focused on the day-to-day and ongoing management of the relationship with the client, creative, content, research and production teams to ensure the correct delivery and execution of the work we develop internally. Client & Project Management Supporting Digital PR & Talent Management activities Organization and management of shoots Project management skills and knowledge Collaboration with Senior Account Executives and Account Managers in the day-to-day development of projects and tasks Precise and timely approach in organizing project work and its rollout according to the defined timeline Availability, precision, and timeliness in relations with external brand contacts (specifically Social Specialists and Brand Managers) Proactivity and curiosity in exploring new creative communication solutions to ensure outputs and approaches exceed expectations Proximity to, interest in, and use of social communication platforms: basic knowledge of the main social platforms' tools, their evolutions, and their trends. Passion for digital and social communication, knowledge of best practices and communication case histories Analytical approach to defining project measurement metrics Previous agency experience as account or project manager will be considered as a significant plus Excellent knowledge of English (C1/C2) Bottom Up & Top Down professional training.
