ABOUT ERMENEGILDO ZEGNA GROUP
Working closely with senior leaders, including the Group CEO and Group Chief People Officer, you will translate business priorities into impactful communication and engagement initiatives, contributing to a consistent, engaging and inspiring employee experience across our international organization.More specifically, you will:
* Coordinate and implement the Group internal communication strategy, ensuring consistency, effectiveness and alignment with business priorities.
* Coordinate executive communication activities, including leadership messages, Group CEO updates and strategic corporate communications.
* Develop communication formats, tools and channels that enhance employee awareness, understanding and engagement.




* Partner with HR, Corporate Communication and business stakeholders to communicate key initiatives and organizational updates effectively.
* Lead the annual employee engagement survey process, from planning and deployment through analysis and follow-up actions.
* Monitor engagement metrics and insights, identifying opportunities to strengthen employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
* Support leaders in translating engagement feedback into meaningful action plans and initiatives.
* Design and manage Group-wide engagement programs and corporate events, including Town Halls, leadership meetings and employee engagement activities.
* Develop innovative concepts and engagement experiences for key corporate moments aimed at strengthening collaboration, belonging and employee connection.
