VIETTI, a renowned luxury fashion retailer, seeks a People & Retail Excellence Lead to oversee recruitment, onboarding, training and HR performance across its Swiss boutique network and Arona HQ with regular travel. You will partner with Store Managers and Head Office to attract talent, develop teams and monitor KPIs such as turnover and productivity.
Fluent Italian and English are required; German or French is advantageous.
