About the role
As a Store Assistant, you are the face of PANGAIA and an ambassador of our brand values within our concession at Rinascente Milan.
You create meaningful connections with customers, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, supported, and inspired. Through exceptional service, product knowledge, and attention to detail,



you help deliver an elevated in-store experience while contributing to the success of the store.
Working closely with the Store Manager, you will support daily operations, maintain high visual and service standards, and play an active role in achieving sales goals.
A day in the life
- Welcome customers and create a warm, engaging, and memorable shopping experience
- Build genuine customer relationships that encourage loyalty and repeat visits
- Share product knowledge and brand stories confidently, helping customers find the right solutions for their needs
- Support the achievement of sales targets through excellent customer service and proactive selling
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the concession always reflects the PANGAIA brand
- Support stock management, replenishment, and inventory activities
- Assist with daily operational tasks to ensure the concession runs smoothly
- Collaborate closely with the Store Mana
