You will work on major transformation projects for Italian and international clients, partnering with senior management. You will design solutions to improve employee experience and lead change management to embed new ways of working. Provide tools for implementing changes (assessments, skills mapping, impact analysis, mitigation actions, communications)
Assess impacts and monitor post-transformation performance, planning improvements
Master's degree in Management and Production Engineering or Business Administration
~2–4 years of experience in People & Change projects, preferably in a consulting firm
