As the Model Shop Technician , you will be responsible for building prototypes and samples of electric motors, including brushed, brushless, and stepper motors. Perform performance, safety, and reliability tests on motors and components
Manage the inventory of materials and components required for prototype and sample construction
Prepare and manage special packaging for the shipment of prototypes and samples
Support Manufacturing in the build of Manufacturing Check Samples and Pilot Runs
Technical High School Diploma in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in building prototypes and samples,
preferably involving electric motors or similar electromechanical products
Ability to operate winding, welding, and balancing machines, as well as other equipment used in electric motor manufacturing
Ability to operate lathes and milling machines for the manufacture and modification of parts
Demonstrated ability and willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity, decision-marking, work quality, and to reduce costs. Ability to interact effectively and professionally with cross-functional teams and production facilities
Good knowledge of Italian and English language
