Job Description:

We are looking for a: Processes & Governance Manager who is available for an indicative period of two years in the UK, before returning to one of Leonardo Italia's sites.
Site: Torino Corso Francia Responsibilities Define and oversee programme processes ensuring that they meet required standards.
Establish a governance framework that supports processes definition, execution, and implementation.
Define and administer the programme governance model,



its maturation and effectiveness.
Accountabilities Define and implement standardized governance processes
Provide overall governance and of the PM policy, process and procedure suite and its integration
Ensure that processes, procedures and guidelines are clearly defined and mapped, applied configuration and change controls
Collaborate with Internal Assurance Team to monitor compliance
Support continuous improvement of governance processes
Ensure governance requirements are communicated and understood across the programme
Develop standard operating procedures and guidelines
Leadership and management of the process and governance team
Establish strategic roadmap for PM&C; operational capability
Manage team performance and code of conduct in accordance with the company
Develop process, procedure and work instruction strategy to support the business evolution
