Key Responsibilities
Act as a brand ambassador for Dyson, providing premium support within the consumer electronics sector
Manage inquiries regarding high-end home appliances and innovative technology via phone, email, and chat
Troubleshoot technical issues for customers,



ensuring a seamless experience with Dyson products
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering professional and expert advice in French
Document customer interactions accurately within our advanced CRM systems
Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on the latest developments in the consumer electronics market
Strive to meet and exceed personal and team-based KPIs and quality assurance standards
Requirements
Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role
Valid EU passport or work permit for employment in Greece
A genuine passion for consumer electronics and modern technology
Excellent communication skills with an empathetic and solution-oriented approach
Proficiency in computer navigation and digital communication tools
Ability to thrive in a remote work environment while remaining part of a highly engaged, international team
