HR Business Partner (50% Travel Required)Apply: Milan, IT: Posted Today: R-37348## The HR Transmission Team is looking for an HR Business Partner to support the rapid growth of the Jointing & Land Installation (JLI) department. The successful candidate will help manage and support a workforce primarily operating across installation sites worldwide, currently concentrated mainly in Europe.## Key Responsibilities* Partner with the business on day-to-day HR activities, ensuring effective alignment between business priorities and people strategies.* Support managers throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, performance management, internal mobility, and retention.* Monitor HR metrics and prepare analyses and reports to support organizational decision-making.* Contribute to workforce planning, organizational design, and organizational development initiatives.* Participate in international HR projects and support the deployment of global HR processes and policies.* Manage employee relations, engagement,



and change management activities.* Collaborate with local HR teams and stakeholders across different regions to ensure consistency and effectiveness of HR initiatives.* Support planning, recruiting, and talent management processes in close cooperation with the Business Unit Centers of Expertise.## Requirements* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Law, Humanities, or a related field.* Proven experience as HR Generalist, Junior HRBP, or similar roles, preferably within structured and international organizations.* Excellent command of English, both written and spoken* Interest in working within multicultural and global environments.* Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time across national and international locations.* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.* Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics tools is considered a plus.## Personal Skills* Strong inter
