Join our team and play a key role in supporting employees involved in global business activities You will coordinate travel arrangements, manage travel-related administration, and collaborate with colleagues across multiple functions as well as external partners worldwide. Responsibilities
- Manage monthly timesheet processing and working-hour reporting for travelling field employees through SAP
- Review and process expense claims, travel costs, and related reporting in cooperation with Finance and Controlling
- Coordinate travel arrangements, visa applications, passport requests, rental cars, and corporate credit cards
- Support new hires during onboarding by collecting documentation, updating employee records, and providing travel-related guidance
- Assist employees during business trips and help resolve travel-related issues when they arise

Expectations
- Degree in Languages, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field




- Experience in administration, travel arrangements, employee support, or similar roles
- Knowledge of SAP is considered an advantage
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in both Italian and English
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage problems with accuracy and timeliness
- Enjoy working collaboratively and providing responsive support to colleagues
