Your Tasks * Independently manage a service station and provide personalised attention to our guests throughout their restaurant experience * Provide professional and personalised advice on our menus, dishes and beverages * Ensure attentive and professional Fine Dining service * Serve food and beverages professionally in accordance with our quality and service standards * Prepare and oversee your own station and ensure a perfect mise en place * Anticipate and fulfil individual guest wishes and contribute to special occasions and culinary experiences * Guide and support the Commis de Rang within your station * Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth service operations * Handle high-quality products, materials and equipment responsibly * Comply with our hygiene, quality and safety standards * Work closely with the Maître,
