Role and duty – core business * Ensures compliance with local and Group’s Purchasing regulations * Ensures the satisfaction of VWFS’s purchasing needs * Acts as focal point between VWFS and VGI in Purchasing matters * Interacts with all Departments in the management of purchase orders, deadlines, tenders * Interacts with VGI in order to ensure a timely and successful closing of the tenders * Perform negotiation of orders below 50k EUR locally managed. * Support the implementation and maintaining of reports and KPIs; * Evaluates and makes recommendations to improve procedures, reporting,
