templates and governance practices.Support the implementation of ethical business practices and compliance initiatives.RequirementsMust haveLaw Degree obtained from an accredited Italian universityItalian Bar qualification.Approximately 9-12 years of post?qualification experience gained in reputable law firms and/or multinational companies.Strong experience in commercial and corporate law.Excellent knowledge of Legislative Decree , corporate governance, commercial contracts and compliance matters.Fluency in both Italian and English.Nice to haveKnowledge of GDPR and data protection regulations.Knowledge of international trade and export control regulations.Experience supporting industrial, manufacturing or technology businesses.Strong legal analysis and problem?solving skills.Excellent drafting and contract negotiation capabilities.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Solid business acumen and commercial judgementBenefitsFixed?term employment contract (
