- Activelymanagesallaspectsofthesectionanddelegatetaskstothejuniorkitchenstaffaccordinglytoensureasmoothoperationofthatkitchensectiontotheexpectedqualitystandards
- Managesserviceduringbusyperiodsandintheabsenceofseniorchefs,managesthekitchenensuringallstandardsandqualityproceduresareadheredtothestandards
- AssistsSeniorChefsinthedevelopmentofnewmenuideastoensureallmenusareseasonalandcreativeusingthefinestingredients
- EnsurecompliancetoallrelevantHealth,SafetyandEnvironmentmanagementproceduresandcontrolswithinadefinedareaofactivitysothatCompanyprovidesworldclassandluxurioushospitalityservicestoitsguests
- Supervisesandcheckeverydishsentfromthesectiontoensurehighestqualitystandardsaremaintained.
- AsChefdepartieandsectioninchargeresponsibleforrefrigerationcleaning,stockrotation,datecodingandsectiondeepcleaning
- Intheabsenceofaseniorchefensurethedailykitchenrecordsandlabellingstandardsarebeingmaintainedatalltimes.
