Job Description:

We are looking for a: Processes & Governance Manager who is available for an indicative period of two years in the UK, before returning to one of Leonardo Italia's sites.

Responsibilities:
- Define and oversee programme processes ensuring that they meet required standards. Establish a governance framework that supports processes definition, execution, and implementation. Define and administer the programme governance model,



its maturation and effectiveness.

Accountabilities include (but are not limited to):
- Define and implement standardized governance processes;
- Provide overall governance and of the PM policy, process and procedure suite and its integration;
- Ensure that processes, procedures and guidelines are clearly defined and mapped, applied configuration and change controls;
- Collaborate with Internal Assurance Team to monitor compliance;
- Support continuous improvement of governance processes;
- Ensure governance requirements are communicated and understood across the programme;
- Develop standard operating procedures and guidelines;
- Leadership and management of the process and governance team;
- Establish strategic roadmap for PM&C; operational capability;
- Manage team performance and code of conduct in accordance with the company;
