As Personnel Management and Development Intern, you will join the Human Resources function, supporting the management activities related to the entire employee life cycle, in both national and international contexts, as well as personnel training and development activities.
How can you support us?
Collaborate in the management of hirings, contract conversions, extensions and terminations of employment relationships.
Assist the team in managing the administrative aspects related to international mobility,



assignments abroad and international secondments.
Support the organization and monitoring of training and development initiatives.
Collaborate in performance management processes and competency development.
Contribute to the analysis of HR data and the preparation of related reporting.
Assist the team in employer branding, talent management and employee engagement activities.
Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Law, Labour Consultancy, Labour Relations, Human Resources Science, Economics, or related disciplines.
Experience: A thesis, project work, university activities or previous internship experience related to labour law, personnel administration, contract management, international human resources management or global mobility are a preferred qualification.
Languages: Good command of written and spoken English.
Technical/IT Knowledge: Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, in particula
