By connecting Product Development, Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain, you will drive technical decisions that create measurable business value and accelerate industrial performance. Your Responsibilities * You will drive end-to-end industrialization and value engineering programs, from opportunity identification and business case development through implementation and results realization. * You will challenge existing product architectures and design choices, identifying opportunities for simplification, standardization, modularization, and cost optimization. * You will influence product development activities, embedding manufacturability, testability, serviceability, and scalability into engineering decisions from the earliest stages. * You will lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Quality,
