Are you passionate about network engineering, solution design, and solving complex technical challenges? We’re looking for a Consulting Engineer 3 to join our team and help customers design, implement, optimize, and troubleshoot enterprise networking solutions. Key Responsibilities * Design, implement, configure, and optimize networking technologies based on customer requirements. * Collaborate with customers, technical teams, and partners to deliver effective solutions. * Take ownership of technical implementation activities for assigned customer projects. * Translate business requirements into technical solutions and support presales activities. * Create and review technical documentation, including High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), and implementation plans. * Troubleshoot complex network issues and drive timely problem resolution. * Build and use test lab environments to validate solutions and resolve compatibility issues. * Support technology transitions and contribute to best practices, technical documentation, and knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Qualifications * Strong knowledge of Routing & Switching (R&S;), including network design and troubleshooting. * Good expertise in at least one additional networking technology, preferably Software-Defined Access (SDA) or SD-WAN. * Hands-on experience configuring, implementing, and troubleshooting networking solutions. * Ability to analyze complex technical problems and recommend effective solutions. * Experience preparing technical designs and implementation documentation. * Strong customer-facing communication and collaboration skills. * Professional proficiency in Italian and English. * CCNP certification or higher is required. * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
