Overview For our Moncler Worldwide Warehouse Department we are looking for a Warehouse Service Provider Operations Specialist based in Castel San Giovanni (PC). Your Impact As part of the HQ logistics team, you will hold a corporate position, working closely with key departments to ensure the consistent execution of HQ logistics operations. Main Responsibilities * Data analysis and reporting of main logistics KPIs * Participation in the optimization of operational processes and improvement of warehouse SOPs * Managing relationships with logistics partners to ensure service level compliance through the daily monitoring of inbound and outbound flows at warehouses * Execution of customer orders for both raw materials and finished products * Support and execution of transactions in the ERP (delivery notes, invoices,..) * Accurately register inventory, shipment, and operation data in the system, generating and managing reports if required * Manage return of goods from external ensuring accuracy in inventory management Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in Economics,



Engineering or similar * Ability to work both independently and in teams, with a hands-on approach * Problem solving and focus on results * Good communication skills, acute attention to detail and collaborative attitude * Excellent organizational and technical skills * Computer (Microsoft Office) skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel * Fluent English (written and spoken). Any additional language is an advantage * SAP knowledge is a plus Would Appreciate a Person that is Interested in the Logistics operations in Fashion & Luxury industry and knowledgeable about warehouse operating processes.
