Together, we belong to something beautiful. /p h3MISSION /h3 pThe Visual Design Assitant through agency provides operational support to the Visual Design Specialist in the development, production and implementation of in-store animation materials, communication tools and digital content across the Sephora store network. /p h3KEY ACTIVITIES RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 h3In-Store Animation Materials /h3 ul liCoordinate with the European teams to receive creative assets for the local production of trade marketing materials, particularly for exclusive brands. /li liTranslate and adapt copy and creative guidelines to prepare clear briefs for external agencies. /li liCoordinate agencies in the graphic adaptation and production-ready execution of international creative assets. /li liPrepare distribution plans to allocate materials across the store network.



/li liCoordinate agencies and suppliers throughout the printing and production process. /li liLiaise with Supply Chain to manage deliveries to the warehouse and subsequent distribution to stores. /li liCreate and manage purchase orders through Corefa. /li /ul h3Operational Support to the Visual Design Specialist /h3 ul liPrepare and update the Animation Book. /li liSupport the preparation of presentations for Operational Committee meetings. /li liProvide operational support to stores, including the management of missing or replacement materials. /li liMaintain and update the mapping of animation objectives in collaboration with the Category team. /li /ul h3In-Store Communication /h3 ul liPrepare agency briefs for the development and adaptation of promotional and institutional in-store communication materials. /li liSupport the development and implementation of communication related to Sephora servi
