H-FARM International School is seeking a Junior IT Help Desk to join our IT team, supporting students, teachers and staff in day-to-day technology use. This hands-on role values attitude and interpersonal skills as much as technical knowledge, with opportunities to learn and grow on the job.
You will provide first-level IT support both remotely and in person, handle basic requests, and assist with hardware, software, connectivity and AV equipment.
