Headquartered in Dublin, we deliver projects across Europe and have become the most trusted name in our sector. /ppWe are currently seeking an experienced bEHS Lead /b to join our project team in bMilan, Italy. /b This role will be responsible for leading Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) activities on site, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and promoting a strong safety culture across the project. /pulliLead and manage all Environmental, Health Safety activities across the project lifecycle /liliDevelop, implement, and monitor EHS policies, procedures, and systems in line with company and legal requirements /liliPromote a strong safety culture and ensure high standards of health safety are maintained on site /liliConduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards /liliCoordinate with Project Managers, Construction Managers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on EHS practices /liliMonitor subcontractor compliance with health safety requirements and standards /liliEnsure all safety documentation, including method statements and risk assessments (RAMS), are reviewed and approved /liliLead incident investigations, reporting, and implementation of corrective actions /liliDeliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions to site personnel /liliMaintain accurate records of incidents, audits,
