pTo support our Company's growth, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager - Payload Focus to join our Growth Team reporting to Argotec's Head of Product Management and take part in the definition of the company's Product roadmap, ensuring the competitiveness of Products under your responsibility and supporting their development cycles. /ph3DUTIES /h3pAs a Senior Product Manager, you will contribute to the definition and implementation of the vision, strategy and roadmap of payloads, as well as creating and presenting innovative solutions and decision proposals to the management and stakeholders. This is a great fit for you if a technical role becomes too tight for your vision and you want to translate technology into business and make a repeatable process to fly the payloads on multiple missions. As a Senior Product Manager, you should have a strong background in product management, technical acumen (ideally with a focus on Earth Observation and/or telecom payloads), strategic thinking and leadership skills. You should also have excellent communication and presentation skills, as you will be interacting with various internal and external parties, such as customers, partners, analysts and the press. You should be able to translate complex concepts and data into clear and compelling narratives and visuals. /ph3In this role you will: /h3ulliBe responsible for the Earth Observation and telecom payloads’ development for delivering missions on time and support company's business goals; /liliParticipate in strategy shaping that drive product development, with particular focus on the payloads; /liliPlan and execute activities oriented in identifying key users' needs and capture market development opportunities; /liliDefine product requirements, assist the planning of product design and support the whole development cycles; /liliPrepare and lead the launch of new products/solutions; /liliMonitor market trends,



track competitors' products and put strategies in place to highlight potential risks; /liliReview technical documents (Design Description, ICD, Test Procedures, Technical Specifications etc.); /liliWork closely with other teams to execute company's strategy; /liliSupport Sales and Marketing teams and related activities (e.g support to proposal preparation); /liliSupport RD in the development of new technologies and Engineering in the execution of product development projects; /liliSupport product-related publications at relevant conferences and events; /liliDevelop long-term relations with partners and potential clients. /li /ulh3GENERAL REQUIREMENTS /h3ulliBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business or related fields; /liliAt least 5 years of experience in Product Management, Systems Engineering, Telecom Engineering; /liliAnalytical thinking and proactive problem-solving attitude; /liliAbility to translate a strategic vision in concrete projects; /liliExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams; /liliExcellent written and oral communication in English. /li /ulh3REQUIRED EXPERIENCE SKILLS /h3ulliSolid understanding of product development cycles, from concept definition to market delivery; /liliStrong technical knowledge and understanding of the aerospace industry and product domains, with particular focus on small-sats (70-500 kg); /liliProven track record of launching products in the market; /liliExperience in managing cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders; /liliExperience in conducting market research, user research, data analysis and testing; /liliExperience in creating and delivering effective presentations and documents, using various tools and formats, such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.; /liliStrong business acumen and financial awareness; /liliAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment; /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
