With strong in-house engineering capabilities and extensive experience in battery manufacturing, the company is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to drive business development and strengthen its presence in the European BESS market. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and implement sales strategies to expand the company's BESS business across the assigned European region. /li liIdentify new business opportunities and drive the sales of utility-scale and commercial industrial (CI) energy storage solutions. /li liEstablish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including IPPs, utilities, EPCs, project developers, investors, and industrial customers. /li liManage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and business development to commercial negotiations and contract closure. /li liBuild and develop a strong sales pipeline, identifying strategic projects and long-term business opportunities. /li liWork closely with technical, engineering,



and project management teams to deliver customized energy storage solutions. /li liContribute to the company's market expansion strategy and support the development of regional sales teams as the business grows. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liSeveral years of experience in sales or business development within the energy, renewable energy, battery storage, or electrical engineering sectors. /li liProven experience in selling complex technical solutions and closing high-value B2B projects. /li liGood understanding of utility-scale or CI BESS markets and their commercial structures. /li liEstablished network among key industry stakeholders, such as utilities, EPCs, IPPs, project developers, or industrial clients. /li liStrong business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills. /li liAbility to work independently, develop new markets, and manage strategic accounts. /li liFluent in English and Italian /li liWillingness to travel regularly within the assigned region. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
