pbPlease note: CVs must be submitted in English. /b /p h3The opportunity /h3 pWe are looking for a bProject Specialist – Network Transformation /b to join our Supply Chain organisation and support an important transformation programme across Italy, Greece and the Balkans. /p pThis is a highly cross-functional role, working on projects focused on the evolution of our operational network. These can include the opening or relocation of service centres, operational improvements and automation projects. /p pYou will work closely with Operations and Engineering teams, as well as Planning, Transport, Procurement, Legal and other internal and external partners. /p pYou will have the opportunity to btake ownership of smaller projects /b, while bsupporting the delivery of larger and more complex transformation initiatives /b, giving you exposure to both project management and operational supply chain topics. /p h3What you’ll do /h3 ul liSupport the planning and delivery of transformation projects, ensuring key milestones are achieved. /li liCoordinate cross-functional teams and external partners throughout the project lifecycle. /li liManage smaller projects independently and support larger initiatives. /li liTrack project progress, risks, dependencies and key actions. /li liGather and analyse information to support business cases, reporting and decision-making. /li liSupport project governance and provide updates to key stakeholders.



/li liContribute to change management activities and the transition of projects into business-as-usual operations. /li liEnsure projects follow appropriate PMO processes, methodologies and quality standards. /li /ul pThe role requires approximately b30% travel /b, depending on project needs. /p h3What we’re looking for /h3 ul liExperience in bproject management, supply chain, logistics, operations, industrial environments or consulting /b. /li liGood understanding of boperational processes and logistics flows /b. /li liExperience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams. /li liStrong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills. /li liProactive and hands‑on approach, with the ability to work autonomously. /li libFluent Italian and English /b. /li liBased in bItaly /b, with flexibility to travel across the region. /li liCompany Car /li liImpiegato Secondo Livello - CCNL Commercio.
