This role involves developing and implementing effective safety procedures, risk assessments, and training programs to maintain a safe working environment. /pbr/ulliAct as the bRSPP (Health Safety Manager) /b for the site, ensuring full compliance with HSE regulations. /liliLead the site's Health, Safety Environment programs, driving a proactive safety culture across the organization. /liliMaintain and continuously improve risk assessments, HSE procedures, and statutory documentation. /liliPlan and manage internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with legal and corporate requirements. /liliInvestigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, implementing effective corrective and preventive actions. /liliDevelop, track, and report HSE KPIs, promoting continuous improvement initiatives. /liliCoordinate HSE training programs and ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements. /liliPartner with occupational health professionals, regulatory authorities, and external stakeholders.



/liliSupport operational teams in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation activities. /liliOversee environmental compliance, including waste management, emissions, and permits. /liliManage HSE management systems and support certification processes (e.g. ISO standards). /liliChampion employee engagement and awareness initiatives to strengthen the site's safety culture. /li /ulbr/bRequisiti: /b A successful HSE Engineer should have:A degree in engineering or a related field.KDegree in Engineering, preferably Chemical, Environmental, Safety Engineering, or a related discipline.7-10 years of HSE experience within manufacturing, chemical, or process industry environments.Qualified to act as RSPP according to Italian regulations.Strong knowledge of D.Lgs. 81/08 and applicable environmental legislation.Proven experience managing audits and certified management systems.Solid understanding of industrial processes and manufacturing operations.Fluent English, both written and spoken.Pragmatic, hands-on, and solution-oriented approach with strong influencing skills.Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and operational levels. #J-18808-Ljbffr
