/liliCollaborate across the HR network and with other stakeholders across the organization to resolve escalated issues and generate solutions to enable client’s business strategy /liliProvide Employee Relations advice and consult to managers on items such as performance management/improvement, issue/conflict resolution, policy, procedure, law and standards education. /liliAssisting management with investigating, answering and resolving grievances. /liliProvide consultation on Compensation Vantaggi strategy execution, which may include competitive benchmarking, pension program support, benefit enrolment, local vendor management. /liliProvide limited administrative support on HR processes like entry and exit processes, maternity leaves, unpaid leaves and time absence tracking in collaboration with the central HR Shared Services team /li /ul h3Required Education, Experience, And Skills /h3 ulliBA/BSC University degree /liliMaster’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related discipline is preferred /liliDepth of experience as a HR Business Partner in Italy /liliExperience of working in a large matrixed environment,
