The core of the role is UX design: understanding the user, structuring the page and building a scalable design system. You will also work on implementation and on the continuous optimization of conversion.br/ /ph3What you will do /h3ullipbDesign high-converting landing pages /b for paid traffic, focused on a specific feature or profession, for desktop and mobile. /p /lilipbDefine the website structure /b and new sections (for example resources pages), improving usability and speed. /p /lilipbOwn the design workflow in Figma end to end: /b scalable components with auto-layout, brand tokens and variables, usage documentation. The library must stay aligned with the live website.



/p /lilipbBuild and publish pages and components directly in the CMS /b (Webflow), fixing bugs, translations and redirects. /p /lilipbImplement custom solutions and automations /b with HTML, CSS and JS, and support integrations (embeds, forms, CRM). /p /lilipbIdentify UX and conversion friction points /b using analytics, heatmaps and user behavior analysis, and propose tests and iterations. /p /lilipbCollaborate with stakeholders /b across marketing, product and sales to turn business goals into pages that work.br/ /p /li /ulh3What we are looking for /h3ullip1–3 years of experience in UX/web design and web development, with a portfolio that shows your track record. /p /lilipStrong skills in Figma and UX design for the web: user research and framing, information architecture, wireframes, design systems, prototypes. /p /lilipExperience with CMS platforms (Webflow, WordPress). /p /lilipKnowledge of HTML and CSS; JavaScript highly valued. /p /lilipKnowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization best practices and tools such as Microsoft Clarity. /p /lilipFamiliarity with GA4, Looker Studio and a CRM (HubSpot). /p /lilipNative-level proficiency in one of Italian, Spanish, German or French, fluent English, and working knowledge of at least one additional language among Italian, Spanish, German and French. /p /lilipCreative, proactive and iterative approach, comfortable in fast-paced environments.br/ /p /li /ulh3bNice to have /b /h3ullipSEO fundamentals and best practices.
