To strengthen our team, we are looking for aEHS Representative General Management Specialist in our plant in ((location)). /p h3ABOUT THE ROLE /h3 pWe are looking for an EHS Representative General Management Specialist to support our Italian operations in Health Safety, Environment, Facility Management, Security, and General Administration activities. /p pThe role is ideal for a professional with some experience in EHS who is looking to further develop their expertise in a dynamic, multi-site environment. /p h3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liSupport compliance with Italian Health, Safety Environmental regulations (D.Lgs. 81/08). /li liCollaborate with external consultants (RSPP, Occupational Health Physician) and Management on EHS initiatives. /li liCoordinate mandatory safety training, medical surveillance activities, and emergency drills.



/li liMaintain EHS documentation, reports, KPIs, and compliance records. /li liSupport incident reporting, investigations, and corrective action follow-up. /li liContribute to the maintenance of ISO 45001 and TISAX certification requirements. /li liAssist in environmental compliance activities, including waste management documentation. /li liSupport security, facility management, and maintenance activities across offices and warehouses. /li liCoordinate suppliers, service providers, and contractors. /li liManage administrative activities related to company vehicles, purchase requests, invoices, and office operations. /li /ul h3WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR /h3 ul li3-5 years of experience in EHS, Facility Management, or a similar operational role. /li liGood knowledge of Italian Health Safety legislation (D.Lgs. 81/08). /li liFamiliarity with ISO 45001 standards and EHS management systems. /li liStrong organizational and communication skills. /li liAbility to work with multiple stakeholders and manage priorities effectively. /li liGood knowledge of Microsoft Office. /li liFluent in Italian and English (selection process will be conducted in English). /li liAvailability to travel between Capua, Melfi and Turin sites. /li /ul h3Additional information: /h3 pOn-site presence is required (no remote working) /p pSalary range: between €40-45K gross per year /p pAt Yazaki, we arecommitted to providing equal employment opportunities for everyone which extends to all aspects of the employment relationship. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
