Position

- Perform the design activities and issue the deliverables assigned to him by the Piping Chief Engineer, in accordance with contract specifications,



quality standards and safety/environment requirements, within the specific time schedule and cost.

Key aims and objectives:

- Perform design, engineering and drafting activities relevant to Piping discipline works.

Prime responsibilities and duties:

- Execute all the actions and tasks assigned by the Piping Chief Engineer, supporting him in developing engineering
- and/or interfacing Client or Vendors.
- Review contractual technical documentation and requirements.
- Provide input for vendor equipment coordination for specific discipline aspects.
- Provide material take-off for project estimates.
- Prepare project specifications, in conjunction with specific discipline Senior Engineer.
- Prepare material requisitions / technical bid evaluation, in conjunction with specific discipline Senior Engineer.
- Perform field verification activities.

- Piping & Layout engineering background
- Capability to read and understand engineering documentation (P&ID;, plot, isometrics, plan & section view, MTO,…)
- Knowledge of major international engineering Codes,
- Good written and spoken English
- Bachelor/High School Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years of work experience
