Our technology starts with you. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop AI/ML models and advanced analytics to improve semiconductor quality and reliability /li liBuild predictive solutions for anomaly detection, failure pattern recognition, and early risk identification. /li liIntegrate data from test, manufacturing, field returns, and reliability sources into scalable analytical workflows. /li liTranslate complex data into actionable insights through statistical modeling, explainable AI, and visualization. /li liCollaborate across product, quality, manufacturing, process, and customer teams to support root-cause analysis and decision-making. /li liContribute to reliability metrics, data standards, and monitoring dashboards. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Statistics, or Applied Mathematics. /li liStrong programming skills /li liExperience with AI/ML and analytics tools such as pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. /li liSolid knowledge of statistics,



predictive modeling, and data visualization. /li liGood understanding of semiconductor technologies; reliability engineering knowledge is an advantage. /li liStrong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments. /li /ul pThe expected salary range for this position is € 38.000 - 45.000 gross annual salary (RAL), plus variable pay relevant for the role. /p pIn accordance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and applicable Italian legislation, this compensation range has been determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria, including job responsibilities, required skills, relevant experience, qualifications, and market benchmarks. Placement within the range will depend on the candidate’s profile and demonstrated competencies. The final offer will be made in compliance with the applicable National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL), where relevant, and our internal compensation policies.
