As a Technical Service Technician you will join our Baxter Technical Service Hub in Rodano. /ph3What you will be doing: /h3ulliCoordinate the complete lifecycle of demo equipment from request, ensuring availability, traceability, and operational readiness. /liliPrepare, inspect, test, and repair when required demo medical equipment to ensure it is safe, compliant, and fully operational before deployment. /liliWork closely with Sales, Marketing, and customers to understand equipment requirements and deliver the right solution for each need. /liliOrganize and manage shipments and deliveries, ensuring equipment reaches customers on time and without disruption. /liliPerform electrical safety checks, functional inspections, and documentation activities, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements. /liliManage spare parts, consumable materials, and inventory levels, helping maintain service continuity and minimizing downtime. /liliSupport other Engineers and Technicians when needed,



enabling fast resolution of customer and operational issues. /liliMaintain accurate records and updates in Salesforce, ERP systems, and other tools, ensuring visibility and control across operations. /liliSupport broader workshop activities and act as a backup for the Hub Coordinator when required, contributing to the smooth running of the Technical Service Hub. /li /ulh3What you will bring: /h3ulliTechnical diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, Biomedical Engineering, or a similar technical field, along with experience in technical service, equipment maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, or workshop operations. /liliStrong electrical knowledge, with mechanical knowledge considered an advantage. /liliExperience working with inventory, spare parts, logistics, warehouse operations, or operational coordination will be an advantage. /liliA collaborative mindset, and a strong focus on supporting customers and colleagues. /liliA flexible and proactive approach, with the willingness to take ownership of a variety of technical, coordination, and administrative responsibilities. /liliFamiliar with ERP, systems CRM and Microsoft Excel tools for operational reporting and inventory control. /liliIntermediate level of English. /li /ulh3Why you want to work at Baxter /h3pYou'll join a team committed to excellence, innovation, and collaboration, where your expertise and ambition can directly influence business growth while helping deliver better outcomes for patients.

Your initial pay could be at the minimum or higher based on skills, expertise, experience, and other relevant factors, all of which are subject to change.
