/li liDevelop and evaluate statistical models and machine learning approaches for applications such as asset monitoring, predictive maintenance, forecasting, and optimization. /li liBuild and improve data pipelines, transformations, and supporting tooling to enable reliable data-driven capabilities. /li liTurn analytical findings and modeling approaches into practical, maintainable implementations that can be integrated into our products. /li liEvaluate performance, investigate issues, and continuously improve solutions based on data, technical evidence, and real‑world results. /li liMake sound technical decisions, balancing effectiveness, complexity, maintainability, and implementation effort. /li liCommunicate findings and technical trade‑offs clearly, working across engineering, product, and domain teams. /li /ul h3What you'll need /h3 ul liStrong Python programming skills and proficiency in SQL. /li liPractical experience with data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning. /li liKnowledge of relevant techniques such as classification, regression, anomaly detection, forecasting, or optimization. /li liExperience working with complex datasets and developing data-driven solutions. /li liSolid engineering fundamentals, including Git, testing, documentation, and maintainable code. /li liUnderstanding of data pipelines, data quality, model evaluation, and validation. /li liA pragmatic, results‑oriented mindset,
