The role acts as a key liaison between terminals, port service providers, vessel operators, network partners and internal stakeholders to maintain schedule reliability, operational performance and compliance with company standards. /ph3Main Job Responsibilities: /h3h3Vessel Port Operations /h3ulliCoordinate vessel calls and related port activities in assigned locations. /liliMonitor vessel schedules, turnaround times and operational performance. /liliIdentify operational disruptions, delays and risks, ensuring timely escalation and resolution. /liliSupport service recovery initiatives to minimize commercial and operational impact. /li /ulh3Terminal Service Provider Coordination /h3ulliLiaise with terminals, port authorities, agents and service providers to ensure smooth execution of port calls. /liliMonitor loading and discharge operations, productivity levels and operational constraints.



/liliEnsure operational requirements are communicated effectively to all stakeholders. /li /ulh3Cost Control Operational Efficiency /h3ulliReview and validate operational expenses, vendor invoices and port call costs. /liliSupport budget control activities and identify opportunities for cost optimization. /liliContribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and service quality. /li /ulh3Reporting Performance Monitoring /h3ulliMaintain accurate operational data and records. /liliPrepare and analyze operational KPIs and performance reports. /liliProvide regular operational updates to local and regional management. /li /ulh3Stakeholder Management /h3ulliCollaborate closely with Customer Service, Trade, Logistics, Finance and regional Operations teams. /liliMaintain effective relationships with terminals, service providers and external business partners. /liliSupport cross-functional initiatives to improve operational performance and customer experience. /li /ulh3Compliance, Safety Quality /h3ulliEnsure compliance with company policies, industry regulations and local requirements. /liliSupport safety, security and environmental standards related to vessel and port operations. /liliPromote operational excellence and adherence to established procedures. /li /ulh3Requirements: /h3ulliBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Shipping, Logistics, Maritime Studies or related fields. /liliMinimum 3-5 years of experience in container shipping, vessel operations, port operations or logistics. /liliSound knowledge of liner shipping and container terminal operations.
