RPM policies, Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and Italian statutory regulations. /li liLead the timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts as well as forecasts and budgets. /li liTake responsibility for group-level and coordinate the development and maintenance of effective internal controls. /li liEnsure successful completion of internal and external audits. /li liIdentify opportunities to improve the productivity, efficiency and effectiveness of the Finance function. /li /ul pAct as a business partner to leadership /p ul liAnalyze operational and financial results, identifying opportunities and recommending actions for improvement. /li liCompare performance against plans and standards, providing clear reporting and interpretation to management. /li liMonitor capital expenditure and provide recommendations on investment. /li liLead the regular review of business performance, including sales and financial forecasts, KPIs and special reporting requirements. /li /ul pBuild and lead a high-performing Finance team /p ul liCreate an environment where people are motivated to perform at their highest level. /li liPromote effective communication and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that information is shared openly to support business performance.
