This role acts as a technical escalation point, leads strategic infrastructure and security projects, mentors other engineers, and drives operational excellence across global IT services. /p pThe successful candidate combines strong technical expertise with leadership skills, project management capabilities, and a commitment to improving systems, processes, and team effectiveness. Microsoft 365, identity, security, networking, and related technologies. /li liEvaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements that enhance security, performance, and efficiency. /li /ul h3Project Delivery /h3 ul liLead and deliver strategic IT projects from planning through implementation. /li liCoordinate technology migrations, platform upgrades, and security improvement initiatives. /li liSupport cross-functional projects led by other engineers and business stakeholders. /li liEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. /li /ul h3Security Operational Excellence /h3 ul liDrive initiatives that improve the organization's security posture. /li liSupport endpoint management, identity management, patching, monitoring, and compliance efforts. /li liCollaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement and maintain security controls and best practices. /li liIdentify and implement operational improvements that increase efficiency and reliability. /li liProvide technical mentorship and guidance to Systems Engineers and support personnel. /li liShare knowledge through documentation, training sessions, and knowledge articles. /li liAssist in developing technical standards, procedures, and best practices. /li liFoster a culture of continuous learning and accountability. /li /ul h3Process Ownership /h3 ul liTake ownership of key IT processes and ensure they are documented, maintained, and continuously improved. /li liDevelop and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures. /li liParticipate in change management, incident management, and problem management activities. /li liDrive standardization and automation opportunities wherever possible.
