As a Night Supervisor, you’re not just supervising overnight operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liOversee nightly audit: Supervise nightly auditing, posting, and balancing of financial transactions across departments /li liLead day-to-day team operations: Create team schedules, assign tasks, lead pre-shift meetings, and provide training, guidance, and in the moment feedback /li liOversee guest issue resolution: Respond to guest inquiries and concerns directly while supporting team members in handling complex or escalated issues /li liPost and reconcile transactions: Ensure timely posting of all revenues and reconciliation of the day's financial reports and credit card systems /li liMonitor cashier accuracy: Review and verify cashier reports, correcting errors and ensuring alignment with system data /li liSupport overnight operations: Partner with the Night Manager to handle guest issues and assist in emergency situations as needed /li liManage special projects: Lead department initiatives or ad-hoc assignments /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pWhat It Takes to Make the Stay /p pAt Hilton,
