h3Global Process Manager – I2P /h3 pGlobal Process Manager – I2P is part of the Global Process Team for P2P which is responsible for the process design, deployment of processes through the organization, defining service placement, training, identification of digital opportunities for automation and standardization, driving standardizing of operating procedures and continuous process improvement to increase productivity, leading specific I2P tooling implementation projects. I2P covers the processes from invoice reception, over invoice processing and issue resolution throughout to the payment and supporting processes like vendor query and reconciliation processes. Process re-desing and continuous improvement /li liDevelop standard operating procedures of I2P /li liDevelop and maintain training and communication materials and deliver training and workshops for AkzoNobel, BPO and captives /li liPreviewer of any changes made to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) /li liRun fit-gap analysis and maintain deviation logs /li liRun root cause analysis and maintain action logs /li liDeliver high level of process standardization /li liContribute on delivery of policies /li liLead tooling / system alignment projects /li liFacilitating the implementation and embedding of the GPD as part of the transition of processes currently not executed by the GBS Teams /li liLead or participate in ad hoc projects and initiatives related to the designated area /li liParticipate in process, system and organisational changes and ensure that process design is delivered as planned /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMaster’s/ Bachelor’s degree in Economics/ Business Administration / Accounting / Controlling. /li liMore than 5 years in P2P operations and/or process (re)design, Shared Services /li liSpecialized knowledge of P2P discipline, strategy and policies /li liExcellent understanding of P2P process (re)design, ERP and related systems and controls, including transactional accounting processes /li liExperience project management and change management /li liProcess mining, data since, benchmarking, automation knowledge /liliKnowledge and experience of process design methodologies /li liExcellent interpersonal and presentation skills and stakeholder management /li liAble to think and work conceptually, while considering the details and impact of the processes on Operations. /li liAble to work together with other Functions/Towers; has a good understanding of interfaces between own function and others in the end to end processes /li liProficient in English language /li liAbility to prioritize and sensitive to deadlines, taking ownership /li liSensitive to a diverse and multi-cultural environment /li li15-20% International travelling might be required /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
