You will support risk management, compliance with the integrated management system, and performance improvement, fostering a culture of quality, safety, and sustainability. /ph3What you will do /h3ulliPartner with Operations and management to assess risks and support decisions on new activities, customers, processes, and projects. /liliContribute to maintaining the integrated management system and company certifications, ensuring QHSE requirements are embedded in daily operations. /liliMonitor KPIs and operational performance, analyse non-conformities and customer complaints, and manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). /liliSupport internal, customer, and certification audits, following up on findings and tracking action plans. /liliMonitor regulatory and environmental compliance,



supporting document management and adherence to applicable deadlines. /liliPromote sustainability initiatives, including emissions reduction, waste management, and energy efficiency. /liliConduct periodic operational risk assessments and contribute to business continuity and emergency management plans. /liliWork with HR, managers, and supervisors to develop training and awareness initiatives focused on quality, safety, and continuous improvement. /li /ulh3Who we are looking for /h3ulliProven experience in a similar role within logistics and transportation companies. /liliKnowledge of international shipping processes and related documentation. /liliKnowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, with experience managing audits and certified management systems. /liliSkills in risk assessment, root cause analysis, CAPA management, and KPI reporting. /liliExcellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. /liliGood command of bEnglish /b, both written and spoken. /liliA degree in Prevention Techniques, Environmental Sciences, Quality and Safety, or an equivalent discipline is preferred but not mandatory. /li /ulh3Salary package /h3pContract type: Permanent /ppWorking hours: Full-Time /ph3What We offer /h3ulliFlexible and hybrid working schemes,
